Your main responsibilities:

• Recruitment and personnel responsibility for our consultants in software development.
• Build and develop relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Drive business from start to finish, focusing on delivering high customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree equivalent to a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge from other experience.
• Has a strong and established network in the Gothenburg tech industry.
• Has several years of experience as a consulting manager, business developer, or in a similar role.
• Is business-oriented, solution-focused, and has a genuine interest in business relationships, technology, and software development.
